The Customer Service Portal enables you to make online payments, as well as manage your account settings (such as paperless billing or automatic payments) or view your usage history.
Your bill states your account number, which you need to login the first time.
Have your bank account and routing numbers handy, or a valid credit card.
You should select a new password after initial login, and enter contact information for alerts.
This prompts your initial login; don't use the "Login" link until after initial set-up.
Find your account number on your monthly bill and enter it as instructed.
The very first time you login, your account number will also be your password.
