Licensed electricians performing work in the SHELD service area are obligated to make themselves aware of our requirements and protocols.

At least seven days before beginning any work, you must complete and submit a Service Request Form. You can complete the form online or you can download the form as a PDF and complete it manually.

If this request is for new construction, a Request for Electric Service Form should be completed by the electrician. In addition, the owner of the property needs to complete a Service Application for billing purposes.
